Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who was an athlete and captain of 2012's Fierce Five team as well as 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. Aly Raisman was a gymnast from the United USA who took gold in the 2012 Olympics. In 2012 she was the first American athlete to win the most number of medals at the Olympics. Her gold medal during the Olympics in 2016 marked the second gold in a row for the United States team. She was, along with fellow teammate Gabby one of the very first Americans to accomplish this accomplishment. Additionally, she took home two silver medals for the floor and for an individual all-around. It was three years between her last appearance in competitive gymnastics. In addition she was a part of two gold medal-winning American gymnastics squads. Gymnastics was her first sport since age of 2 and her favorite sport is floor exercise. Aly is an active member and member of Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation to honor her mother, who passed away due to cancer. She is planning to create a profession in fashion. She would also like to increase the length of her leotards and socks. Fierce will be published later this summer.
